About Me

As a parent and long time advocate for children with special needs,  I am uniquely qualified to act as a Parent Navigator. I established Triangle Parent Navigator in 2008 to navigate the confusing maze that often derails parent’s efforts to getting their children the help they need. I spent many years learning the intricacies of the educational system and identifying local options in order to break down the barriers to success for all children. My collaborative, team-based approach encourages professionals, parents, and schools to share their findings and together we identify the best course of action for the child. I make this entire process easier for all parties involved, alleviating stress and fear with responsive, personalized support.

Most importantly, all of this is done through the lens of empathy, because we all deserve to be heard and understood.
